Option (3): [Client] with Option to Renew

D. TERMINATION
D.1 Termination
(a) [This Contract shall terminate upon the Expiration Date unless extended pursuant to Article C.2.]
(b) This Contract may be terminated at any time prior to Expiration Date by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
(c) At any time prior to the Expiration Date, a Party (“Notifying Party”) may terminate this Contract through notice to the other Party in writing if:
(i) the other Party materially breaches this Contract, and such breach is not cured within the Cure Period granted pursuant to Article F.1(a);
