WHO IS AN UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANT?
You are an undergraduate applicant, if you have graduated from a high school or an upper/senior secondary school and you have a school-leaving certificate that entitles you to apply to a higher education institution in your home country.
In addition, those students who are in their last year of high school or upper/senior secondary school studies are qualified to apply: admission remains conditional until the final diploma and transcript have been received.
APPLICATION PERIOD
The application period for undergraduate studies is from March 16 to April 6, 2016.
APPLICATION FEE
Applicants to the Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences, whose qualification is completed outside the EU/ETA area, are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 100 euro.
The fee is charged for applications to Bachelor's and Master's level studies starting in the autumn of 2016.
The fee is charged independent of the home country and nationality of the applicant; instead, it will be collected according to the country where the applicant’s previous qualification or degree has been completed. If you have completed your admission qualification elsewhere than in one of the countries listed below, you are required to pay the fee of 100 euro to finalize the application.

Switzerland
The application fee is valid for one application period only. It covers all the applications you submit for programmes that begin within the same term.
