Minimum academic requirements
China
Completion of the first year of a recognised university bachelor degree
Completion on the National College Entrance Examination Gaokao with a minimum score of 60% of the total maximum Gaokao score for the province.
Completion of the China Senior High School Middle Year 3 Gaosan with an average of 80% across the top four academic subjects.
A completed award with a minimum total score of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
English language requirements
The following outlines what you need to achieve to meet the University's requirements. A Faculty may require a higher standard of proficiency than that specified in the Acceptable tests for English proficiency, for programs deemed to be linguistically demanding. Refer to the sections below regarding courses with additional requirements.
CSU ELP Concordance with English Language Proficiency
If you do not meet any of the points above, you will need to demonstrate English proficiency using one of the acceptable tests. Test results must be within two years from the date of your application for admission unless otherwise stated.
An Academic IELTS with a minimum score of 6 with no individual score below 5.5 or a qualification deemed by CSU to be equivalent (see CSU ELP Concordance tables)
