留学群专题频道空手道栏目,提供与空手道相关的所有资讯,希望我们所做的能让您感到满意! 空手道(からてどう / Karatedou)是来源中国拳法成型于古琉球和后来的日本,现在风靡于世界的一种武术。古琉球由于长年的禁武政策,武器一向被禁止使用,因此,人民不得不创出赤手空拳的格斗技术,以求得生存的自卫本领。尤其是在十七世纪初叶,严禁武器的携带和保存,于是在上层阶级之间,参考中国拳法,创出了独特的格斗技术,这就是最初的空手道,称之为“唐手”。它的本义为“从中国传入的拳法”。空手道并非人所了解的日本武术,它起源于中国盛唐时期,由日本武道传播者带回日本,将其完善。它原称“唐手”,因日文读音与“空手道”谐同,在1935年"去汉化"时才正式改名为空手道。

空手道的精髓

  弄堂里的一处,一座老旧的工厂里,墙壁早已蒙上了一尘灰。没有门的空手道馆,我是第一次见到,也许是夜晚的缘故,没有我想像的道馆那样,神秘、壮观。不由得说,当走进那所弄堂,看到这样的场景时,我的心里很是失望。学员们就在这样的环境里训练,他们的脸上满是汗水打湿的痕迹,这里没有空调,只有一架破的电风扇在呼呼的运作着,微小的风力在大汗淋漓的情况下根本没有用处。教练一声令下,学员们便开始训练。空手道的基本训练十分重要,即使是做我们平时司空见惯的俯卧撑。最最基本的要求便是,双手略大于肩宽,主要锻炼胸大肌中部(增加厚度),同时发展三角肌前束、肱三头肌。看起来容易做起来难,一起一下需要体力的维持,然而也并不是做一下就够了。炎热的夏天,汗水不受控制的流着,哪怕是在晚上,激烈运动的状况下。看着学员们坚持不懈的努力着,我真为他们的这种精神所折服。记忆犹新的是学员们对练的时刻,胆小的,躲在后面,胆大的拍着胸脯就要上。教练挑选了一位较瘦的,问他敢不敢上。“敢。”有点细小的声音。“问你呢,敢不敢?”“敢。”声音回荡在不大的旧工厂中,异常响亮。印象最深的一场对决是一位女生和男生的,原本以为,女孩子胆子天生就小,又是和男的对战,不管怎么样,都会退缩一两步。“哈。”叫声划破了夜晚的宁静。女生的眼神里燃烧着火焰,仿佛每根神经都是敏感备战的状态,仿佛那眼中的光芒可以将一切点燃。就像一头奔跑中的小鹿。女生飞踢出一腿,一记直踢攻向男生的前胸。女生立时侧身、闪过,紧接着,借着侧身的旋势,高高跃起,大喊一声“哈。”我从未现场看过空手道的比赛,不得不说精彩。即使只有几步路,几分钟,却可以挥霍出空手道的魅力来。我终于明白为什么有那么多家长会让孩子来学空手道;为什么爸爸一直坚持让哥哥学空手道。因为在比赛的那一刻,如电影的慢镜头般,气流被旋转成漩涡。那位男生本来是想踢双飞的,可能是因为自身的缘故,终究没有踢出来。看到这一幕,现场的人都笑了起来。在轻松中创造辉煌,在辉煌中创造快乐。

离开时,已经是9:00多,我拍着哥哥的背开玩笑说“早点去学,以后你就不会这么娘娘腔啦!”可是,在心中却早已被空手道的魅力所折服。是的,就像一头奔跑的小鹿。因为在被打中即逝的一秒钟,动作被分割成一格一格的慢镜头,空气的流动仿佛也凝固停滞了。虽然被打中是痛的,但是,在困难的环境中成长,克服困境的逆流,是空手道的宗旨。作为一种原于中国,发达于日本,风靡前世界的运动,空手道不仅仅是一种格斗术,可以强身健体,自卫防身,更是一种武道,因为有其自身深刻的精神实质和文化内涵,空手道通过严格的修炼达到动作的完美,从而追求人格的完美,空手道的精髓在于战胜自己,从而要求联系者始于礼而终于礼。 ...
