解析：在完成有关定语从句的问题时，应首先正确找到先行词，先行词是人，就用who/whom/that/whose引导定语从句;先行词是物，则用which/that/whose引导定语从句。有无先行词是判断定语从句和其他从句的关键。其次，要明白关系代词的两个功能：①引导定语从句;②代替先行词在从句当中充当成分。此题中who就引导定语从句“who is interviewing the manager of that company”修饰先行词“the girl”，并代替先行词“the girl”在从句中充当主语。
